Eve Muirhead

Olympic gold medallist Eve Muirhead1 is one of the UK's most accomplished sporting leaders. Drawing on a career that includes multiple world, European and Olympic medals, she shares powerful insights on leadership, resilience and elite performance under pressure. Eve's experience competing at the highest level demonstrates the fine margins between success and failure.

Florence Ezeh

Born in Lomé, Togo, and raised in Paris, Florence Ezeh2 has built an international career with Canon since 2007, holding roles across operations, logistics and marketing. A former elite hammer throw athlete, she is a National Collegiate Athletic Association champion, European Under-23 champion and Togolese national record holder. In 2024, she served as Chief National Technical Official for athletics throwing events at the Paris Olympic and Paralympic Games, while supporting athletics development across the Paris region.
