The UK PSTI Act 2022 is a new UK legislation that stipulates a new regulatory scheme to make consumer connectable products more secure against cyber-attacks by setting minimum security requirements.

The UK PSTI Act 2022 requires manufacturers of relevant connectable products to be sold in the UK to have unique device passwords, provide information on reporting security issues, provide information on the minimum period during which security updates are provided. All relevant connectable products must be accompanied with a Statement of Compliance.

To ensure the security of your product, it is recommended to follow the manufacturer's instructions for installation, usage, and maintenance. Regularly updating the firmware or software of your device can also help address any security vulnerabilities. Please check the links under “SUPPORT” at the bottom of this page.
