  • Here is the process to ensure a successful request:

    1. Complete the Relocation Request Form
    ● Fill in all required details including: the current and new address, contact person, and preferred relocation date.

    ● Ensure information is accurate to avoid delays.

    2. Assessment & Scheduling
    ● Once we receive your request, our team will review and contact you to confirm more details such as serial device quantities, admin cost, PO confirmations etc.

    ● Relocations are typically scheduled once collection cost are approved and processed within 7–12 business days after form submission, and subject to approved confirmation.

    3. Engineer Visit & Installation
    ● Our certified engineers will carefully uninstall, transport, and reinstall your device at the new site.

    ● You’ll be notified once the relocation is complete, and your device is back online.

    4. Confirmation & Sign-Off
    ● You’ll receive a relocation completion form to sign off and confirm everything is working as expected.

  • Yes, we recommend planning your relocation or collection request in advance and providing at least 30 days’ notice. This helps prevent downtime, avoid missed deadlines, and ensures a smooth process.

  • Relocation requests are typically completed within 7–12 business days after the request form is submitted.
    The timeline may vary based on notice periods, associated costs, purchase order submission, and confirmed approvals.

    Relocation and collection charges may apply.
    A detailed quotation will be provided before the process begins to ensure transparency.

    Earlier relocation request is subject to availability and approval. We recommend submitting your request as soon as possible and providing all required details to avoid delays. Additional charges may apply for expedited services, and a quotation will be shared before confirmation.

  • Yes, your contract will terminate at the end of the current billing period. If this is prior to the end of your notice period you will be charged an amount in-line with your agreement for that missing notice.
    Final impression readings will be taken at the point of collection and charged at the end of the current billing period. This may be a period of time post the collection of the device. Final Impression Readings are denoted by (F).

  • On Termination of your agreement with us, will coordinate with you to provide any final settlement quotations and make arrangement of collection of the device if this is required. Please note a fee may be payable for the collection of your device. We will calculate any settlement due in line with your terms and conditions, please ensure you supply notice in line with your contracted Terms. We will be able to advise you of these if you are unsure. Once your device is returned your account will be closed and invoicing for any final usage up to the point of collection will be charged.

  • Please report any device faults immediately to your account manager to discuss further.
    Be advised that addressing issues early before a relocations or collection request ensures a smooth move and prevents delays or additional charges.
