Still Image Capture via RC-IP1000
Capture still images directly using the RC-IP1000 remote controller via SDI and transfer them to your PC through Ethernet with no external video capture device needed. This reduces equipment costs and streamlines operations.

Simultaneous LUT Transfer to Multiple Cameras
Apply the same LUT file to multiple cameras at once, ensuring identical colour settings across every device in your multi-camera configuration. This saves time and eliminates repetitive steps, optimising efficiency for professional broadcast or studio setups.

Expanded Colour Chart Compatibility
The Camera Colour Matching Application now supports additional colour charts including CMV and CDM types, alongside the standard grid chart, giving users more options for precise calibration and making it easy to adapt to any production environment.

Available in the new Firmware is the updated Auto Tracking Application RA-AT001: the full version available via a paid-for licence. Functional updates are listed below.

This firmware update introduces the following new features:

• Multi-Person Framing
  Frame neatly for more than one speaker with the useful feature that ensures natural composition for talk shows, interview panels or visual podcasts, for example.
  
  
• Face Direction Framing
  The camera provides free space in front of the speaker, based on the direction they look, improving composition.
  
  
• Sit/Stand Framing
  When a speaker sits down, the camera zooms in to frame more closely, and zooms out for a mid-shot when the speaker stands.

RTMP/SRT automatic reconnection
When re-connecting a PTZ camera during streaming, streaming starts automatically without pressing the ‘Start’ button.

PTZ Multi-camera control
Simultaneously control up to 4 professional video cameras with a compatible iOS device (iPhone or iPad) via Wi-Fi by taking advantage of Canon’s XC protocol built-in to numerous Cinema EOS, PTZ and XF cameras.
Access live view monitoring, as well as manage various camera settings such as exposure, focus, zoom, record trigger, waveform monitor and much more.
Compatible with the EOS C70, C80, C300 Mark III, C400, C500 Mark II, XF605, CR-N100, CR-N300, CR-N500, CR-N700 and CR-X300.

• Preset registration
  Register a preset on the RC-IP1000’s touch screen with a long press, like using a physical button.
  
  
• Preset thumbnails
  View preset positions with a larger thumbnail for extra clarity with a new 3x3 grid in addition to existing layouts.
